Fix Coriolis build on Arch Linux

This series contains fixes for several issues shown up building Coriolis on Arch Linux with the latest libraries:

  • missing header includes that previous library versions didn't make apparent
  • a small Python API change
  • CMake changes needed to support modern FindPython
